Locale Number Reset

There are times when a rogue module, or piece of code alters your locale number system to have commas instead of periods. This can wreak havoc with your site. This module resets the number type at various places to correct the problem.

This module is not intended to be a perfect fix, it is more of an emergency patch for a site that is being wrecked by this problem.
